Complaints Procedure for Cosmetic & Laser Treatments
If you have a concern following your cosmetic treatment, you are welcome to contact the clinic directly to discuss. Call (03) 9740 2409, select option 2 and ask to speak to our Cosmetic Team Leader. For serious concerns, patients can report their treating practitioner to The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Board (AHPRA). For more information, please visit the AHPRA website.
