How to make an appointment

Booking Information – Dermatology Clinic

We have 7 dermatologists who accept bookings for patients requiring specialised medical treatment for skin, hair or nail conditions.

A referral is required for all new patients. This is to ensure we can book you an appointment within an appropriate timeframe. Referrals must be sent via fax, or emailed directly to us on: referral@completeskinspecialists.com.au.

Once received, your referral will be triaged by our clinical staff and we will contact you to arrange an appointment. This process may take up to 10 days.

For non-urgent, general dermatology appointments, we are currently booked out 6 months in advance. We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible. Urgent referrals for debilitating skin conditions, melanoma investigation and other skin cancers will have the highest priority.

Booking Information – Cosmetic & Laser Clinic

We have a team of specialised cosmetic dermatologists, nurses and dermal and skin therapists who provide a wide range of premium skin treatments.

You do not require a referral to visit our cosmetic and laser clinic, however, laser treatment for eligible conditions may qualify for a Medicare rebate, if so, our reception team will advise upon booking so you can obtain a referral prior to your appointment.

Pharmaceutical Reps:

Pharmaceutical reps who wish to make an appointment with one of our doctors must submit a request via email to our nursing team on: nurse@completeskinspecialists.com.au. The email should include the reason for the appointment and any relevant information and/or literature for our doctors to review. Please note, we do not make these type of appointments via phone or clinic drop-in.
