Information for patients and referrers:
Medical and surgical dermatology appointments (39 Station Street, Building 3):
A valid GP referral is required for all new patients seeking an appointment with a dermatologist. To make an appointment, please email a copy of your referral to referral@completeskinspecialists.com.au. Referrals are usually valid for 12 months. Once received, it will be triaged by our clinical team, and we will contact you to arrange the most suitable appointment. For non-urgent, general dermatology appointments, we are currently booked 6 months in advance. Urgent referrals for debilitating skin conditions, melanoma and other skin cancer investigation will have the highest priority.
Skin cancer clinic appointments (35 Station Street, Building 2):
No referral is necessary for our skin cancer clinic. To make an appointment, please contact us on (03) 9740 2409, select option 1 or email info@completeskinspecialists.com.au.
Cosmetic appointments (115 O’Shanassy Street, Building 1):
A referral is not required to attend our cosmetic clinic. To make an appointment, please contact us on (03) 9740 2409, select option 2 or email cosmetic@completeskinspecialists.com.au.
Please be aware that the following surcharges apply for credit card transactions: AMEX: 1.5% - VISA and Mastercard: 1.25%. To avoid a surcharge, you can pay with EFTPOS/Debit or cash.
