Post-treatment care

Your skin may feel warm, red, and slightly sensitive immediately after your session—this is normal and typically subsides within 24–48 hours. To support optimal healing:

Apply a hydrating, soothing serum recommended by your clinician.
Avoid active ingredients (retinol, exfoliating acids, Vitamin C) for 5–7 days.
Use a broad-spectrum SPF50+ sunscreen daily to protect your results.
Avoid heat-based activities such as saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
Do not pick or scratch the skin as it heals.

Results develop progressively over several weeks, with further improvements visible after multiple sessions. Your clinician will recommend a personalised treatment plan based on your skin goals.
