Pharmaceutical reps who wish to make an appointment with one of our doctors must submit a request via email to our nursing team on: nurse@completeskinspecialists.com.au. Please note, we do not make these type of appointments via phone or clinic drop-in.
At Complete Skin Specialists, we value patient feedback and are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care. We welcome feedback on your experience, whether positive or constructive, as it helps us continue to improve our services.
All feedback submitted is reviewed by senior management. Where appropriate, we may contact you to discuss your feedback further. If follow-up is required, we aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Our feedback form allows you to share:
– What worked well during your visit
– Any concerns you experienced
– Suggestions to improve patient care and communication
All feedback is treated confidentially and respectfully.
Although we make every effort to manage and resolve feedback through our internal processes, patients are entitled to seek independent review if they believe further escalation is required. This may include contacting the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC), the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or the relevant professional registration board, such as the Medical Board of Australia.
