Consultant Dermatologist

Dr Crystal Williams is a specialist dermatologist and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Medical training and achievements:
Dr Williams is a recipient of the Australasian College of Dermatologists Oxford Travelling Scholarship and completed three years of dermatology training in Oxford, including subspecialty training in skin lymphoma, urticaria and vulval dermatology before completing her specialist dermatology training in Melbourne.

She was admitted as a Fellow to the Australasian College of Dermatologists (FACD) in 2021 and has been recognised with multiple commendations, receiving the 2021 Telstra Brilliant Woman in digital health award, was highly commended in the 2022 Victorian Public HealthCare awards and was recognised as a finalist in the 2022 Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) Melbourne Awards. Dr Williams’ is co-founder and clinical lead of the  First Nations Dermatology Clinic at RMH and has specialist appointments at Royal Melbourne Hospital and Royal Darwin Hospital, where she provides a specialist dermatology service to the Northern Territory. She sits on the board of Directors of the Australian Indigenous Doctors’ Association (AIDA)and is involved with scabies prevalence studies to assist with the eradication of scabies in the Northern Australia.

Specialist areas:
Dr Williams enjoys treating a wide range of skin, hair and nail conditions and has completed additional training in vulval and immunobullous dermatoses, non-allergic urticaria and skin lymphoma. She does not undertake cosmetic dermatology.

Dr Williams is available at our Sunbury location every Monday and Tuesday. A referral is required to make an appointment.
