February is shaping up to be a busy and exciting month at Complete Skin Specialists.
We’re always looking for ways to offer our patients the very best in dermatological care – and this month is no different. From expanded appointment availability to exciting offers for new and returning patients, here’s what’s happening this month.
Expanded Skin Checks Availability: Now with Dr Laxmi & Dr Maged
We know life gets busy, which is why we’re making it easier for you to prioritise your skin health with more appointment options at our skin clinic.
Saturday skin checks with Dr Maged
Dr Maged is now offering weekend skin checks every second Saturday from 8 February onwards. Dr Maged has completed several qualifications in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment through the Skin Cancer College Australasia. This training, coupled with his considerable experience, makes him highly skilled in identifying and managing skin cancer.
Monday skin checks with Dr Laxmi
Starting from 24 February, we’re excited to welcome Dr Laxmi to our team. With a background in both general practice and skin cancer medicine, Dr Laxmi has a keen interest in the early detection and treatment of skin cancers. She has also completed further certifications in dermoscopy with the Australasian College of Dermatology, enhancing her ability to help patients take proactive steps toward skin health. She’ll be available every Monday.
Skin cancer accounts for around 80% of all newly diagnosed cancers in Australia. Regular skin checks help to detect skin cancer in its early stages when it is more easily treated.
