Pharmaceutical Reps

Pharmaceutical reps who wish to make an appointment with one of our doctors must submit a request via email to our nursing team on: nurse@completeskinspecialists.com.au. The email should include the reason for the appointment and any relevant information and/or literature for our doctors to review. Please note, we do not make these type of appointments via phone or clinic drop-in.

All feedback submitted is reviewed by senior management. Where appropriate, we may contact you to discuss your feedback further. If follow-up is required, we aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

All feedback is treated confidentially and respectfully.

Although we make every effort to manage and resolve feedback through our internal processes, patients are entitled to seek independent review if they believe further escalation is required. This may include contacting the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC), the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or the relevant professional registration board, such as the Medical Board of Australia.
