How to make an appointment

Dermatology Practice (Building 3)

You have a skin, hair or nail condition that requires specialist opinion and management, please make an appointment through our Dermatology Practice.

  • A referral is required to make an appointment; your referral should be sent to: referral@completeskinspecialists.com.au
  • All referrals are promptly triaged by our clinical team. You will be allocated an appointment based on the urgency of your condition with an appropriate doctor.
  • Once your referral is received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment. You will hear from us within 72 hours.

Skin Cancer Practice (Building 2)

You would like to have a skin check, either as a preventative measure, or you have a lesion of concern, please make an appointment through our Skin Cancer Practice.

  •  A referral is not required to make an appointment.
  • You can book an appointment via HotDoc or by calling (03) 9740 2409 – option 1.

Cosmetic and Laser Practice (Building 1)

You would like to explore aesthetic treatments to improve the appearance of your skin, please make an appointment through our Cosmetic and Laser Practice.
  • A referral is not required to make an appointment.
  • You can book an appointment by calling (03) 9740 2409 – option 2, or by requesting a cosmetic appointment via the form below.
  • Appointments for cosmetic injectables with Dr Ali Joboory, Dr Perri Chambers, Nurse Sarah and Nurse Tennele can be made via HotDoc.

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Dr Kim Hughes is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon who cares for patients through our Cosmetic and Laser practice.

Pharmaceutical Reps

Pharmaceutical reps who wish to make an appointment with one of our doctors must submit a request via email to our nursing team on: nurse@completeskinspecialists.com.au. The email should include the reason for the appointment and any relevant information and/or literature for our doctors to review. Please note, we do not make these type of appointments via phone or clinic drop-in.
