At our skin cancer clinic, led by our esteemed consultants, Dr Monica Narula, Dr Raghu Vasanthan, and Maged Boules, we specialise in the early detection, precise diagnosis, and effective management of skin cancers.

Comprehensive Skin Consult Fees

The fee for a consultation with one of our skin cancer doctors is reflective of the high standard of service and care we provide. A skin check will range from $150 to $190 dependent of the appointment length. The appointment will include a rebate from Medicare.

Skin Cancer Check

Our doctors will take a detailed history and address any concerns you have. You’ll then receive a thorough skin cancer examination, with the findings discussed directly. If further investigation or treatment is needed, it will be explained, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions.

Cosmetic Mole Removal

Our doctors will evaluate your concerns and provide an overview of the cosmetic mole removal process. We’ll discuss the procedure and expected results, ensuring you have all the information needed. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions and discuss your options before proceeding.

Biopsies

Biopsies are performed to confirm the presence of skin cancer. Smaller biopsies are typically used to diagnose non-melanoma skin cancers, while larger excisional biopsies are generally conducted to confirm melanoma skin cancers

Full Excisions

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, we will discuss a personalised treatment plan with you. Our clinic provides a range of surgical and non-surgical options. We have a team of dermatologists and collaborate with Dr. Bonnie Swan, who specialises in Moh’s surgery. Should a referral be required, we also have established connections with Plastic Surgeons. Fortunately, most skin cancers are successfully treated at our clinic.

Cryotherapy

Our clinic offers cryotherapy as an effective treatment for certain skin conditions, including some types of skin cancer and precancerous lesions. This procedure involves freezing abnormal tissue with liquid nitrogen, causing it to safely and gradually fall away. Cryotherapy is minimally invasive, with most patients experiencing a quick recovery. During your consultation, we’ll discuss whether cryotherapy is the right option for you and what to expect from the treatment.

Education

During your consultation, our qualified doctors are available to answer any questions you may have about skin cancer. They will also provide valuable education on the importance of daily sunscreen use and skin protection. We offer educational materials for you to take home, helping to reinforce these essential practices after your visit.
