What is Complete Skin Needling?
Complete Skin Needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a non-surgical treatment that uses a precision-controlled Dermapen® device to create tiny microchannels in the skin. These microscopic punctures stimulate the skin’s natural healing response, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin—two essential proteins for youthful, resilient skin.
By triggering this renewal process, Complete Skin Needling is designed to support skin rejuvenation by stimulating collagen production, which may lead to improvements in skin tone and texture over time.

How does Complete Skin Needling work?
The treatment is performed by our trained cosmetic professionals using the latest Dermapen® technology. During the procedure:
- A specialised microneedling device gently glides across the skin, creating controlled micro-injuries.

Preparing for your treatment
To achieve the best possible results, we recommend the following pre-treatment guidelines:
- Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol, exfoliating acids, or Vitamin C for 5 days before treatment.
- Stay out of direct sun exposure and avoid self-tanning products.
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin on the day of your appointment.
- If you have a history of cold sores, let your clinician know as preventative medication may be advised.
Post-treatment care
Your skin may feel warm, red, and slightly sensitive immediately after your session—this is normal and typically subsides within 24–48 hours. To support optimal healing:
- Apply a hydrating, soothing serum recommended by your clinician.
- Avoid active ingredients (retinol, exfoliating acids, Vitamin C) for 5–7 days.
- Use a broad-spectrum SPF50+ sunscreen daily to protect your results.
- Avoid heat-based activities such as saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
- Do not pick or scratch the skin as it heals.
Results develop progressively over several weeks, with further improvements visible after multiple sessions. Your clinician will recommend a personalised treatment plan based on your skin goals.

- Introductory packages have a 6-month expiry.
